We had a great time staying in this hotel. The breakfast was really enjoyable with a variety of delicious dishes. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice linen and a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the powerful water pressure in the shower. The friendly staff accommodated our requests and made our check-in smooth. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of the city's attractions.
The room we stayed in had a weak Wi-Fi signal, which was a minor inconvenience.

We spent our Easter holiday in a hotel that claimed to be impressive, and it did deliver some positive aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and excellent air conditioning. The key location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to local shops and attractions. The daily breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The negatives outweighed the good. The bathroom was in poor condition, with rusty and old accessories that were unpleasant to use.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel during thanksgiving. the location was great, within walking distance to the park, old town, and shops. Loved the fact that they offered a free breakfast that was different each day, and bonus points for being able to enjoy a glass of local wine with it. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle.
The bathroom was a bit worn out and in need of some maintenance. the towel dryer was rusty and the sink tap wasn't properly fixed, which made it difficult to open and close.

I had a great stay at Chao in Batumi. The hotel isvery comfy and tidy, with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The location is excellent, with access to everything. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Adjarian cuisine. Despite a few small issues, like the lack of a good coffee maker and the bathroom accessories not being as advertised in the photos, the overall experience was enjoyable. The staff, although lacking English knowledge, were friendly and did their best to please guests.
